If you have purchased a product that is defective or does not
perform reasonably satisfactorily we will provide you with a credit,
exchange or refund
Return Policy
To arrange for a return, simply contact our customer service
department at 631.293.2700 to get a authorization number no returns
will be accepted without an authorization number.
- All products must be returned in their original
container or package, in clean saleable condition.
- All returns must be accompanied with a copy
of your invoice, and a description of the problem.
- Items (including expired items) that cannot
be returned to the manufacturer are not returnable!
- Shortages or errors on shipment must be reported
within 7 days of the invoice date to issue credit
- Returned products must have been purchased
within the previous 30 days
Payment Policy
We accept payment by Viza, Master Card, American Express, Discover,
or C.O.D. upon delivery (C.O.D. Charge $7.00) - terms are available
for qualified customers.
Shipping Terms
All orders over $100.00
are shipped freight free- orders under $100.00 are subject to freight
charges.
