Now that the New Year is here, many of us have weight loss goals,.  Here are some tips to help loose your belly fat.

  • Start taking Probiotics
  • Cut down on Salt
  • Stop drinking carbonated drinks, drink more water
  • Cut out the Sweets
  • Cut down on cruciferous vegetable. (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower)
  • Get more sleep
  • Stay away from process foods
  • Eat more fruit
  • Fill up on fiber
  • Add some spice, ginger,  fennel, peppermint)
