Patient CommunicationWe hear a lot from our Dentists about the challenges they face communicating with their patients.  It seems to be a common challenge the crosses both small and large practices.  Lack of communication causes tension in the patient client relationship and could eventually impact your practice’s earnings.

We recently read two articles from DentistryIQ.com that addresses some causes to why communication may fail and how to improve the communication channel through better customer service.

The first article by Clara Carol, DDS lists three points to why communications fail.  The second article by Dianne Glasscoe Watterson, MBA gives six tips on how to turn around the communication breakdown.

Both articles show how critical patient communication  is and how important it is to have positive and effective communication with your clients.
